Ynot #Cammunity is a brand new summit dedicated entirely to webcam companies, clips platforms, performers, and those affiliated with the webcam cammunity at large. The inaugural event was held from August 5th- August 7th at the ultra-hip W Hollywood Hotel, right in the center of all the action on the Hollywood Blvd. Walk of Fame. It was the perfect backdrop with tons of great restaurants and must-see Hollywood spots like Capitol Records and the Pantages Theater. Ynot did a great job of focusing entirely on the b2b side of the cams/clips industry and making it as inclusive as possible. This made the title of cammunity all the more fitting.

There were models and performers of all shapes, sizes, styles, and flavors in attendance. It was largely a North American crowd, but lots of attendees and sponsors from Europe and Colombia made it out as well. In addition to the summit itself, the networking opportunities and parties were well organized and attended. Cams.com was proud to be an inaugural sponsor of the opening night party at Lucky Strike in the heart of Hollywood. This turned out to be a great evening with bowling, live band karaoke, an open bar, and a few hundred rowdy and creative attendees having a great time to kick-off the event.

The show featured informative seminars with many performers and well-known industry professionals, including Cams.com’s very own Director of Strategic Development, Gunner Taylor.

If you didn’t make it to #cammunity 2019, it’s not too soon to plan for 2020. The fun, networking, and learning opportunities are all there. For webcam and clip performers, this is definitely a show you don’t want to miss.

Cams.com announced Friday that the site will be offering special Valentine’s Day themed virtual gifts so members can lavish models with roses, sexy lingerie, champagne, and more.

“Valentine’s Day is a busy time for Cams.com and we want to give members a chance to show their favorite performers how much they’re appreciated,” said Scott Thompson, Director of Product Marketing for parent company FriendFinder Networks. “Our models tend to have a very special relationship with their fans, so it’s a great way for them to connect on a day when everyone could use a little extra love.”

Models love it when members send a seasonal virtual gift when they’re using the site’s revolutionary Buzzmode feature, which gives members the power to buzz a wearable vibrator on the model every time they tip. The combination of the two guarantees a mutually satisfying experience for both parties.

“Valentine’s Day can get pretty expensive between dinner, movies, and everything else that goes along with it. This option is way more affordable, and you still get to spend time with the model of your dreams. Plus you know exactly how the date is going to end,” says Steve Hamilton, Model Manager for Cams.com.

Cams.com provides customers, affiliate marketers, and performers with a state-of-the-art platform powered by Streamray, the live cams division of FriendFinder Networks (FFN).

For over 20 years, FriendFinder Networks (FFN) has attended the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo to greet fans and unveil the newest advancements in cams and online dating. This year’s show will be held January 18-21 at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, and FFN will be there in full force to promote its Cams.com brand and introduce a new gay platform, CamBoysLive.com.

“We’re particularly excited this year with the launch of CamBoysLive.com, our first gay platform,” says Scott Thompson, Director of Product Marketing for FriendFinder Networks. “After years of research and development, this new home for the most talented gay cam models has all the bells and whistles of our flagship site, but is geared towards an entirely new market.”

At last year’s event, Cams.com was one of the first companies to introduce interactive camming with their Connexion ℠ platform. This year they will emphasize their leadership in the marketplace, inviting fans to meet their all-star lineup of cam models, and experience all of the elements that distinguish Cams.com from its competitors.

All Adult Entertainment Expo attendees are welcome to the FriendFinder Networks booth (#1505) to meet the stars, check out the sites, and get a first look at what FFN is offering the world in the coming year!

Cams.com has been invited by XBIZ to the 2016 XBIZ Berlin Live Cams Discussion Track this week.  Representing the company will be Model Manager Steve Hamilton who will travel to the event in Germany and speak on several panels as well as take meetings with studios and models interested in working with Cams.com.

Hamilton will be present on the following panels planned within the show’s Live Cam Track:

CAMS TRACK:  Promoting Cam Sites

CAMS TRACK:  Working with White Labels

CAMS TRACK:  Live Cam Networks Today

“I am pumped to be traveling to Germany and getting the chance to meet with studios and models that we may not have met before.  I am always looking to share my knowledge, learn from my esteemed colleagues and do business and this is a great opportunity to do so,” said Hamilton. “Check out the Live Cams Track and don’t be shy about personally approaching me to talk shop.”

Cams.com has seen a fast increase in model and traffic volume in the last year and with our eye on 2017, the program is sure to grow even more.

For more information on Cams.com model requirements or assistance contact [email protected] or look for him at the show.  Boasting more model tools, support, and money making opportunities than any other cam site, Cams.com is always seeking the best in the business.

The weather wasn’t the only thing making temperatures rise in Miami Beach at Xbiz and CamCon this year. Cams.com brought the heat with a few of our amazing models, AZBlonde, KendraSunderland, BirdyAndBeez and CandiTits95. They all turned heads in their Cams clothing (when they wore clothing that is).

At the shows, our Social Media Manager, Courtney Rudolph and Model Manager, Steve Hamilton participated in panel discussions with some of the biggest names in the camming business and not only cemented themselves as industry experts, but also educated models and studios about the business and how Cams.com is bringing new innovations to the market.

But it’s never all work in Miami Beach, and the Cams.com team likes to work hard and play harder. The hot Miami nights were the perfect backdrop for 3 very exclusive industry parties which kicked off with an “All-white clothing mixer” that ran well into the early morning. The second night was the “Neon Party” which was rumored to be still going on when the sun rose over the Atlantic Ocean the next day. The closing party was on the downtown rooftop of the exclusive E11even Lounge with the beautiful Miami skyline as the backdrop.

Overall, our team had a great time with our beautiful Cams.com models, getting business done, rekindling industry friendships, and enjoying the fabulous night life in Miami.

See you again next year!

Cams.com will be on location representing and recruiting top models for the world’s best-known webcam network. CamCon 2016 and XBIZ Miami run concurrently from May 31st to June 3rd and representatives from the Cams.com Model Management Team, as well as Cams.com exclusive models AZ Blonde and Kendra Sunderland will be on hand at the Miami shows.

“With payouts of up to 100%, a massive global audience and all the tools a model needs to create and grow a successful camming career, it’s no wonder Cams.com is attracting more talent in 2016 than ever before,” said Scott Thompson, Director of Product Marketing, Cams.com. “This year, we are celebrating 20 years in the interactive camming business. We bring a world-class support staff to fully manage all of the technical aspects of live shows. Models bring the personality, and it quickly becomes a very profitable partnership for everyone involved.”

“Models love tokens because it feels more fun – almost like a game!” commented Cams.com model Sophia Locke.

Today, the company officially announces the switch from a dollar based payment system to a token based currency system. The token system gives members an easier way to track what is in their virtual “wallet”.  Tokens are worth $0.10 each and are kept in the member’s wallet for on demand and future use.  The universal cams standard of tokens as currency allows members from around the globe to seamlessly interact with the models.
